Job Title: Community Support Worker
Job Type: Part Time (flexible hours)

Salary: $20 - 25.25/hr
Duties Include:

Participate in collaborative interdisciplinary team-based approach by implementing

Provide one-to-one support to young adults with disabilities.

Facilitate daily schedule including activities of daily living and complete daily documentation.

Promote valued roles and social connections for young adults with disabilities in the community. This includes recreation and leisure activities, volunteer or employment work.

Encourage physical activity and assist in administering an exercise program.
Qualifications:

Demonstrate client centered values.
Demonstrate good communication skills and collaborative efforts in a team. -
Effective time management and priority management skills.

Criminal record check required within one month of hiring.

Valid emergency first aid certificate an asset.
