About Us

Our consultants use a family-centered service model. In this model, funding is managed on an individual basis by the families receiving funding directly from the Government of Alberta through Persons with Developmental Disabilities, a department of Alberta Human Services. Our team then recruits community-minded support workers who are employed by the family with our consultants working directly with the community support workers by providing training and mentorship.

 

 

In this model, people with disabilities are supported by our consultants and community support workers to be meaningfully included in their own homes and communities through employment, volunteering, recreation, leisure, or home activities.
